CONF3RENCE 2025: From Pilot to Production on Bare Metal

CONF3RENCE, a B2B conference that connects Web3, blockchain and AI with the traditional economy, took place at Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund on 3 and 4 September 2025, and velia.net was there. It is a conference where the audience is less the protocol and more the company that has to run it.

A pilot runs anywhere. Production has an auditor, a data protection officer and a contract, and all three ask where the machine stands and who else is on it. That is the conversation we went to Dortmund to have.

Networking and Innovation

A conference does what a call cannot: it puts the team with the problem and the people with the hardware at the same table. These were the conversations we went to Dortmund to have.

  • Dedicated servers in Frankfurt for companies that need a German address on the contract.
  • What one physical machine with no other customer on it changes for an audit.
  • One operator across Frankfurt, Strasbourg, New York, Miami, St. Louis and Singapore.
  • Monthly terms and zero setup fee for projects that are still proving themselves.

Key Points of our Attendance

Our focus at CONF3RENCE stayed on four themes:

  • The worst minute matters more than the average one.
  • No hypervisor between the workload and the metal.
  • No shared tenancy, so nobody else's workload sits next to yours.
  • A named city on the contract, not a region in a console.
